“The room was clean. The host for the most part was amazing with communication. The only thing I have to say is that we asked for the rollaway around noon time and I had to follow up when we got back to the room at 8:30 p.m. because it hadn't been delivered. But they were very prompt once I contacted them and we had it within a half an hour. Also the host was amazing and let us in our room when we got there at noon time rather than making us wait until 4:00 p.m.!”

"Hotel centralissimo posizione perfetta, struttura un po’ datata, 40£ al giorno di tasse da pagare in loco, però ti rendono un credito di 35£ a stanza da utilizzare per la colazione nello starbucks interno all’albergo ( 4 cappuccini una brioche e uno yogurt rientrano nei 35£). In camera caffè americano gratis con macchinetta. Nella hall vicino i bagni trovate beverino per riempire la vostra borraccia. Asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni.Tra i pro e i contro direi consigliato se si vuole rimanere in costi accettabili."

"Il personale è stato molto gentile le camere pulite, anche se credo che la struttura sia un po’ datata, (ma credo la maggior parte delle strutture siano in quelle condizioni ) se dovessi dare un consiglio a un amico che va x la prima volta e quello di avere un programma veramente semplice, comprensibile e definito nei minimi particolari perché proprio sono quelli che faranno la differenza"
