Appartamenti a New York

“My worst experience ever staying at the hotel no communication locked out at the sleep in my car. I would never recommend anybody to stay there. The bed is horrible no curtains window basically nothing nice to say about that property. Sorry.”

“Ben and Jessica were great to deal with. Unfortunately a loud stomper was above us and insisted on loud volumes. Aside from that the stay was lovely. So close to the subway, cozy room, comfy bed. Very pleasant stay”

“This was the perfect location for everything my family wanted to do while in the city. Raul was awesome with communication, and it was a comfortable stay. I would totally stay again! Thank you for a great stay!”

“Exactly as advertised! Host had great communication through out our trip. There are several restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores within walkable distance of this location!”

“Everything went perfectly. The host was always available and helpful; the apartment was very cozy and clean, and Central Park was right nearby—we had a wonderful time there.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great for us.”

“Honestly, this was a very disappointing stay. When we booked, the check in time was listed as 3pm. We were initially told we could (possibly) check in at 12pm, which we understood was an accommodation, but that kept getting pushed back to 2:30pm and then 4pm. We stood outside waiting for someone to let us in and we didn’t actually get into the property until around 5pm! So we lost several hours of our stay waiting to get inside. What was even more frustrating was that we were told the delay was...

“Much larger apartment than expected. Good location in Chelsea. Enjoyed our stay with 2 parents and 4 young adults.”

“Good: Host is responsive Good area for walking Clean kitchen Clean sheets Door is locked by code Amenities are provided for AC works well Street parking is decent Bad: Dirty Floors Dead roach found Convertible bed in couch has large broken springs; waiting for an accident Door jamb needs repair; had to body slam door to open after putting in code at 11PM coming back from a deli Cost more than a boutique hotel for its issues. Fix the bad list please.”

“The Apartment is not a Penthouse and was not clean at all. The property was not exactly located in the location on the map either. Needs a good cleaning and repainting. Would not recommend personally.”
