“Very clean , good communication, convenient location.”

“The room, especially the bedding, had a terrible dog smell. Apparently, they allow dogs in the rooms. Could not even use the sheets and blankets. Luckily, I had brought my own pillow cases. Could hear everything going on in the rooms and hallway around me. Lots of "interesting" characters hanging out at the entrance to hotel. The area was not pleasant at all. Would definitely not recommend or ever go back to this hotel. Lesson learned...you get what you pay for.”

“Its a central city apartment that is small but a good location for walking to Times Square and Theatres. We found it very noisy and not overly clean. It served its purpose as accommodation goes.”

“This apartment was perfect for our stay in New York, as a family of 5 visiting from New Zealand. The location is awesome - easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Kitchen had everything we needed to self cater, and there’s a good supermarket a block away. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat.”

The location is super convenient, very close to JFK and easy access to the subway, you can be in the city in about 30 minutes without any hassle.The place itself was clean, exactly as advertised, and a really good value for what you get. The host was very responsive and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out.Big plus for the rooftop, great spot to relax and unwind.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ”
