“Thank you for the great stay! Check in was contactless and the instructions were straightforward. The studio is cozy and had all the amenities we needed. It has a mini split that keeps the space warm in the winter (or cold in the summer). We did not end up needing to contact the hosts during our stay, and the check out was also a very simple process. There are neighbors upstairs but they were reasonably quiet for a Saturday evening. It was too cold to see the alpacas -- maybe next time! Thank...

“The location was convenient for the three places we were visiting - Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Corning. Plenty of space, and comfortable as well. The layout of Unit 2 is a little tough to discern from the pictures, but you walk in the front door to the kitchen/dining/living, with the bathroom and bedroom behind. Then downstairs to another "family room" with a larger TV. There is a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, mostly due to the age of the house and wooden floors, but otherwise quiet....

“Very roomy and clean. Owner was quick to respond to messages. The front door lock broke and he replaced it immediately. There was a snow storm the night before I was to leave and he offered me more time in the morning. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to that area. ”

“Located on a quiet residental street. Parking right next to front porch (with 2 rocking chairs)steps. Also has a car port for bad weather parking. Comfortable living room with large screen TV. Bedrooms also have TVs. Big plus was furnished deck off of the dining room with steps going down to backyard. Our dog loved roaming in the the fenced-in backyard! Large kitchen could use a table for extra seating or prep but all basic needs provided. ”

“Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. ”

“This adorable appartement in Elmira New York was a perfect fit for my friend and I and was in a beautiful area. The town was cute and the home itself was tidy and a perfect space. I would 100% recommend this place for a couple of people looking for a place to stay while visiting upstate New York. The owner of the place was incredibly reliable and easy to get a hold of and made our stay as comfortable as possible.”

“We were double booked so our host put us in another rental they had . We both are tall people, the bed was very low to the floor. Thee were no washcloths out , and a towel hanging on the bathroom door. And 3 bath towels . The neighbor was b#ch! ”
