“This inn is just right. First off, a real Bed & Breakfast! A hot breakfast was wonderful each morning! The room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Being an historic building, it was charming, though a little updating of the bathroom would go a long way. Location is very convenient to downtown Ithaca and wine country. “Proprietor was attentive to everyone's needs, flexible with schedules, went out of her way to create an atmosphere and provide extras which both made the visit unique. The view of the lake was stunning, the room spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for guests to enjoy the whole house without feeling crowded, even if the weather had become unpleasant. Rooms were light and airy, artfully decorated, with good flow. We'll go out of our way to visit again.”

“My husband and I stayed for one night in the 1820 room. The B&B was awesome! The fireplace in the room was so nice. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were amazing. I have never liked a bed more than my own at home except for this one. It was so convenient to have the brewery and bar across the courtyard and TimmyG’s restaurant in the backyard. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The owners are so nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!”

“We had a great weekend staying in the property. The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. “The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. "Comoda la posizione per la visita alle cascate, supermercati in zona..ma il posto è molto vecchio.(non avevo notato le foto delle aree comuni che sono degli anni 80...ecco l'intero albergo è rimasto agli anni 80), le camere avevano letti piccolissimi e scarsa pulizia. La colazione abbastanza scarsa e la signora a cui abbiamo chiesto le cose che mancavano (yoghurt, marmellata..etc) non era per niente disponibile. Non ci tornerei"
