“Just a cute,cute place. Everything Was good. Only tiny suggestion is have coffee already made. We got up around 8:30am and just assumed coffee at least would be available. But excellent value! Free parking. We would come again, but maybe mention coffee, or maybe it had a timer? They do say breakfast is self serve. Thank you!”

“One nice thing was that there were no televisions in the rooms. There was a communal kitchen with everything you would need. There was a lot of attention to detail. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This is an adorable inn located a very short walking distance from downtown Kingston. The rooms are beautifully maintained and still have a lot historical charm to them. The room comes with parking but there are plenty of good restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hosts are helpful and responsive. Everything is well labeled and maintained. We had a lovely time and hope the come back soon.”

“Our room was lovely with access to a beautiful porch with fabulous lake view. The room was also very comfortable and an adequate breakfast with coffee maker is available and always well stocked. There is no reception desk so we never encountered any one working there.”

“We booked a last minute 2 night stay, there is no reception so you are sent codes to access the property and your room, we suffered a minor issue with the code due to the late booking which was resolved quickly using the telephone number provided, the room was spotless and well equipped, location is perfect for strolling around the main strip, would recommend.”
