“The staff, particularly front desk and housekeeping were unhelpful and at times difficult. The place was empty on a Friday afternoon, but they make you wait until exactly 4pm to check in- they couldn't even be a little helpful and accommodating. We requested a rollaway bed for the room- it took 4 hours and at least 5 phone calls. It just didnt seem as if the staff wanted to be helpful. It is as if the word "concierge" doesn't exist, and I don't remember it being that way in the past.”

“We had a 2 bedroom suite. The room was clean, appears with new carpeting, appliances all working. Pools were nice, The lobby was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and from our perspective we didn’t see any of problems other people were talking about.”

“We really enjoyed the guided hike with Joe Comando. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience both informative and enjoyable. It felt like hiking with a fun buddy while learning about the area along the way. The goat hike was also a highlight and so much fun! The complimentary breakfast was okay. It's not a five-star breakfast—just a light selection of yogurt, bagels, granola, and juice. If you'd like something more substantial, you can purchase additional breakfast...

“The property is gorgeous, the rooms are huge, but when I woke up in the morning, my shower wasn’t working , no water at all . The sink was working fine. I went to the lobby, it was 6:30 AM, nobody was there to help me so I figured it out by myself, and I went to the spa and showered there. My bathroom also had a leak coming from upstairs It’s a pity because the property has so much potential, it must have been amazing at its prime.”
