“Great stay. Small and well maintained. Very clean and super comfortable. The restaurant on site is a added perk. We have stayed here a few times and will come back.”

“We pulled up to a very pretty house, big open front deck with porch swing and lovely seating area. Mary greeted us at the door and we got to know each other over a truly sublime homemade carrot cake and conversation around a cozy kitchen table. Her entire home is recently and tastefully renovated, clean and comfortable and we were made to feel right at home. 10 minutes away there was Kauneonga Lake with a small marina and 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner. “Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“It's a such a beautiful place Mainly for golf seekers. Yet u could enjoy the area around... Foot trail , lake, peace and quiet. Loved it, my friend nurse and I nurse such an escape from reality. 1000 thanks/ God bless you. There is also a great dinner/ roscoe for a breakfast/ so delicious and Italian restaurant/ dont remember the name of it. Richmond's? Beautiful stuff and very good food even though they would say we are not that fancy... lol they were fancy good. I believe resort...

“Surprised at the condition of rooms. Bathroom poorly outdated and room felt rundown. Pleasantly employees but disappointing quality.”

“The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.”

“Wow. What a beautiful serene getaway in the Catskills. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. We came for my husband’s birthday. He received a men’s facial and I received a body clay wrap. The most relaxed and soft skin I ever felt, thank you Carol! We enjoyed the spa- sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. The somatic body movement and yoga classes helped our bodies stay loose and relaxed. We absolutely loved the prix fixe...
