“Stayed two nights with my small dog, and we had a great time unwinding in the Catskills. Staff was excellent and tended to our needs. Wonderful to have a brewery, restaurant and Saturday night music on the property. Not a fancy place, but we were comfortable and got some much-needed rest. They even packed up dinner and a couple of beers so I could eat in the room with my dog.”

“My stay was wonderful overall! The only issue we experienced was that our cell phones only worked while connected to WiFi, which made it difficult at times to contact the host by call or text. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.”

“The hallways leading to the rooms smelled old and moldy. There were tiles missing from the ceiling. At night we could hear every single sound. When someone would use the bathroom upstairs we can hear the flush and pipes going.”

“The property is set on a beautiful stretch of land in a peaceful, quiet setting—an excellent choice if you’re looking for a serene environment. The breakfast is very good, and while the rooms are somewhat outdated, they are impeccably clean. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.”

“Pros: Staff at front desk helpful. Waterpark-decent options for those less and more adventurous. Love the indoor/outdoor hottub. Some food options. Paid lockers available. Seemed Safe to let kids /teens go around without parents. Decently priced. Cons: very strange for a waterpark hotel to not have enough room to hang up swimsuits n towels in rooms/bathroom (only 1 string in shower fit 1-2 persons stuff. “Wow. What a beautiful serene getaway in the Catskills. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. We came for my husband’s birthday. He received a men’s facial and I received a body clay wrap. The most relaxed and soft skin I ever felt, thank you Carol! “The owner is nice as can be, but unfortunately I have to be honest in this review- My night there was not pleasant by any means. Parking was a bit of an issue as the bar/restaurant loaded the parking lot and then there were cones out on the far end of the parking area which really made it hard to park. Front door to the room didn't entirely shut which allowed flying bugs into the room all night. There were gnats or something all over the room- on the pillow, on the bed, in the bathroom. ...
