“My husband and I stayed at The Chatwal Lodge (about two hours from NYC) and it’s easily one of the best resorts we’ve been to. It feels incredibly private and secluded—it seemed like there were only ~20 guests on property—so the whole experience was calm and special. We booked the Treehouse, which was awesome: modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with a great vibe. “My stay was wonderful overall! The only issue we experienced was that our cell phones only worked while connected to WiFi, which made it difficult at times to contact the host by call or text. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.”
