“hotel monto confortevole in zona se pur non centralissima ma ben servita e molto più tranquilla e riservata .Ottimo servizio spa eccellente cibo servizio in camera e eccellente disponibilità del personale nell'aiutarti in caso di necessità così come nell'esaudire qualsiasi tua richiesta in maniera eccellente e tempestiva.Unica piccola pecca vista la tipologia dell'hotel e il servizio di alto livello è la pulizia nelle camere e nella piscina.Il tutto molto grossolano e superficiale in parte...

“il trump è l'hotel perfetto per tutti perchè è gestito da un management umano ancor prima che di grande competenza. la ns esperienza in NY parte dall'arrivo in hotel alla sua uscita. ringrazio di cuore il dr Francis e tutto lo staff della reception alla concergie ai facchini esterni ed interni ed al servizio pulizie... anch'esso fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura. cosa altro dirvi se non che ci ritorneremo...”

“Small but very beautiful & upscale experience. Spa was wonderful. Pricey but very nice. Everything was high quality & it was a great experience even in the winter. Loved the French /Monet theme. Even the furniture was detailed that way. Very clean & staff very accommodating. ”

“The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...
