“I had reserved an accessible room with wheel-in shower. When I checked in I learned that room wasn't available nor any other accessible room. The only room available was inaccessible. It was late and I had no choice but to stay there. I was told I'd be moved to accessible room the next day, which did occur but it had a tub with shower chair.
