“This renovated warehouse apartment is secure, spacious, neat, cozy, and quiet. A large couch is very comfortable and the king size bed is fantastic. The location is superb in that. It is immediately near 490 making it easy to get anywhere in Rochester. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to anyone.”

I like to sleep cold and set the temp very low and unfortunately made it uncomfortable for the other units.Other than that, this was a very nice place to stay and the restaurant next door is phenomenal.”

“Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment. We wanted to try staying in this area...
