“The first room was a disaster. Housekeeping left window open trying to let the smell of piss and animal feces air out. We thought we smelled a odor. Closed the window came back later definitely was a odor. Housekeeping definitely didn't clean the room. Changed rooms at midnight after we came back from a comedy show, no issues after. ”

“Room was really small. Sofa was dirty, had plenty of spots on it. Comforter had spots as well. ”

“The hotel called and cancelled our reservation as we were pulling into the parking lot after check in time. They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one ”

“The rooms were decent but are not sound proof we were in a conjointing room and could hear everything from the people next door they we were not with”

“Easy parking, friendly staff. Lobby smelled bad, and room was dirty, enough that I decided to leave to stay elsewhere. Really needs a deep clean.”

“Rooms were clean and stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area could be stocked better and the deck was very slippery, not the right tiles for it. ”
