“The stay here was pretty much OK. It can use a few improvements. Room was nice and clean. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything going on next to me and above me. The lights in the room shut off automatic after a few min, which was crazy if you were sitting in the bathroom. The bathroom only had 1/2 a roll of TP and no spares. Same with paper towels in the kitchenette. The king size bed was hard as a rock and my back felt it the 3 nights I was here. Other than that, it is a decent...

“We were not told in advance that the hotel was undergoing renovations and were put on a floor that was 90% being renovated. Front desk was almost always vacant of welcoming personnel. If I wanted something, I would have to call out. The room we were given was much in need of renovation: window was missing a pane that made outside noise seem like the window was open; the air conditioner was very noisy and did not work properly once we were able to turn it on; there were no hooks near sink and...

“Nice place. Staff were friendly and the place was super clean. Pros: spacious rooms, clean, close to restaurants and shops. Cons: not sure why the room itself does not have any usb ports which is really unusual now a days. Washroom was tiny would be better if the door swung the other way to open. Pool was very small and salty. Other wise it was nice stay would come back.”

“Great hotel ”

“The hotel called and cancelled our reservation as we were pulling into the parking lot after check in time. They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one ”

“We went for my son open house in RIT and it’s a long drive from NYC. The staff at the front desk were so nice and the guy at the breakfast was so kind he give us a container for pancakes we are running late. This was so nice of him we really appreciate after a good night sleep and rest. We probably will be there a lot of time more our son decided to go to RIT.”
