“This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. We had to wait 4 hour for a room. No one knew what they were doing. And it was disgusting”

“The room was clean. The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes, weed and drugs. I did not know that as of Monday the property would be closed due to multiple code violations and other issues. This morning when trying to check out there was no one at the front desk and I had to reach in and put the key card in a container. Glad it was only one night.there was no shampoo only small bars of hand soap. Not worth the price.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was incredibly disappointing. At nearly $500 per night, I expected a clean, comfortable room and basic amenities. Instead, the shower barely drained, leaving me standing in water that reached my ankles after just a few minutes. That’s simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging premium rates. The room also didn’t have a safe, which is a standard feature at most hotels in this price range and made it inconvenient to securely store...

This past experience was awful girl at the front desk was argumentative to the point where she canceled four day reservations so I went to the other Wyndham just down the street to find out she had made it impossible for me to say at Indie Wyndham property unbelievable anger shown by this woman”

“Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty.”

“Carpet had crumbs all over no maid service during 2 day stay tv not working good keys were a problem towels felt like sandpaper and smelled like bleach would be ashamed to call this a holiday more like motel 6 do not stay ger”

“The Microtel is my home away from home. I have been staying there, when I'm in town, for about five to six years. It's convenient, clean, centrally located, the staff is exceptional and the breakfast is good. I don't stay anywhere else.”
