“Not impressed with reception when we arrived. We checked in on-line before arrival, which did not save us any time at all in getting our room key. No friendly welcome by staff. Given an accessible room for some reason. It was not requested nor was it required. No closet, no mirror in room, only in the bathroom. “This looks to be a house that was converted to an inn. Our room had a bedroom, bathroom and another room with couch, tv, fireplace. Plenty of room. The configuration was odd…we had three doors into our room, one led from the house’s kitchen into our bathroom. Keep that one locked. “Great small hotel with excellent service and a surprisingly good breakfast! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that the bathtub drains in our original rooms were clogged. We mentioned it to the front desk, and the staff were incredibly accommodating—they immediately switched us to rooms with walk-in showers, which worked perfectly.
