“The entire hallways of the hotel smelled like cigarettes. The hotel is outdated. Foggy windows with mold. Our window in our hotel room was broken with large cracks making it a hazard. Room was non smoking but smelled so bad of cigarettes we had to buy air freshener to tolerate the smell. Exhaust fan in the bathroom broken. Some lights in the room didn’t turn on. I reported this to the receptionist at the front desk and she said she was surprised and didn’t know about the window. No attempts were...
