“The hotel seemed new, it was very clean, the room was nice, and the staff upon arrival was nice, as well as having a decent breakfast . My big issue, is that at 1:00 in the morning I heard a TV blaring which I assumed was one of my fellow travelers. It got so loud that I had to get up, get dressed, and as I headed to the front desk I realized it was the night manager watching TV. So loud that from the lobby I could hear it in my room! “The rooms were clean which was a big thumbs up and the rooms also had a mini refrigerator and a microwave which helped a lot during the stay. Overall it was a good stay!”

“Be prepared to do a lot of walking. The parking lot is across the street if you are lucky enough to get a spot there. They have valet parking on the other end of the building, but that makes your walk twice as long. The hotel registration desk is on the second floor so if you have baggage, you have to take this very compact elevator to get there. “The hotel is really run down. There is a musty smell. The front desk couldn’t hear me on the rotary phone. Strong smell of bleach and there was some beetle bug in the bathroom. It is close to Darien Lake, so that was a plus.”

The configuration was odd…we had three doors into our room, one led from the house’s kitchen into our bathroom. Keep that one locked. Nicole and Loretta from housekeeping were amazing! Very run down building. After extending my stay several times, they chose to tell me 2:00 that they needed me out by 3:00 the same day. Apparently they were booked solid for the weekend, but very unprofessional to do it how they did.”
