“I was not happy with my reservation . I asked for double beds and received a single queen bed. Staff was not nice at all when I told him it was wrong. Very disrespectful when I asked questions like I did not exist. I will never stay there again”

“The hotel and its surroundings were sketchy and the people staying at the hotel even more so, BUT the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and actually way better looking than the outside of the hotel. For the price, it was a good stay.”

“The bedroom curtain was ripped and the light switch did not work unless you squeezed it in to shut it off. I called down to the front to let them know. The breakfast was a decent offering of items, the pool and hot tub were large. The pool area tile is very slippery.”

“Motel con check-in tramite mail. Assicuratevi di avere un telefono funzionante perchè in caso di problemi dovete telefonare al gestore. Noi abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto ad altri ospiti per contattarlo in quanto dalle istruzioni ricevute non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. Detto questo il gestore è arrivato in pochi minuti e ci ha fatto accedere alla camera. ”

“We stayed here because we had a great experience at a Comfort Suites in another state. This stay was terrible. The room was dirty, the entire place had a weird smell and the rooms are in need of any kind of update. Starting with the carpets and moving on from there. Almost every single room had a window that was cloudy on the inside-meaning that the windows need replacing. Everything needs replacing. If I could give -5 stars, I would. I almost went to sleep in my car instead of the hotel...

“Breakfast was at an attached restaurant. The Breakfast was not included. The "shower pan" was very shallow so it was very difficult to avoid leaking water on the floor.”

“This is a historical property that is nicely modernized while keeping a significant level of the historical elements. The rooms are large, nicely furnished and incorporate a theme related to the community and its history. Bed was high quality and we found it to be very comfortable.”
