Only had 2 towels to start but staff were very quick in responding with our need for more. Pool area is very clean. It does get very warm in the pool room so we propped the door to get some fresh air. Great stay! ”

“My wife and I stayed for 4 days , but he first night we had a small problem with the room and spoke to Megan the next morning … she immediately gave us a new room. The next morning I came out and maintenance was in the room fixing the problem ! Megan was extremely helpful and friendly! We would definately stay at the lux again each and every time we come to NY to visit our family . ”

“Lobby is beautiful with an outstanding breakfast assortment. Pool and spa tub were nice amenities. The gym was well equip with Peleton bikes that my husband could use his account on. The only small issue was that the room was pretty dark. The lighting wasn’t great but it was clean and comfortable. ”
