“The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there.”

The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. “This was a very nice place, clean and comfortable. The virtual check-in process was a little weird but it actually worked fine and probably is more efficient for the company. But I wasn’t sure if it would have been easy to connect with an employee if there was a problem.”

“Very beautiful almost 200 year old home that has been maintained well. Room was super clean and properly stocked with amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Close to night life and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful Victorian home very close to town. We did not have breakfast but fresh homemade cookies were left out for guests to enjoy and they were the best I've ever eaten! Will definitely stay again when we are in the area. ”

“Run down, hardly any staff. My toilet was filthy and unflushed when we arrived. The front desk said Maintenence had already gone home and he didn’t know what to do so I found the supply closet, a few cleaning supplies, and cleaned it myself. Pool was advertised but there was only a hot tub that wasn’t hot. Terrible breakfast- microwaved eggs and sausage. One toaster and one waffles maker for a fully booked hotel.
