“My wife and I stayed for 4 days , but he first night we had a small problem with the room and spoke to Megan the next morning … she immediately gave us a new room. The next morning I came out and maintenance was in the room fixing the problem ! Megan was extremely helpful and friendly! We would definately stay at the lux again each and every time we come to NY to visit our family . ”

“Very nice rooms! Spacious, high ceilings which give the room a bigger feel, and the bathroom is super nice and very clean. Will be staying here again without a doubt. I also left an item behind and they retrieved the item for me and sent it to my house. Very helpful staff. ”

“One of our best stays in Upstate New York. The property is a quaint B&B and the view in the back is amazing. The hosts are warm, friendly and just good people who treat their guests like family. The breakfasts are freshly made, the conversations full of laughter and the coffee, their special blend is just the right fuel for the day. We will definitely be going back! ”
