Hotel a North Gates

“The cleanliness of this hotel was very questionable. The smell in the hallway was very mildew & the room we had smelled like cigarettes our whole stay , even the towels smelled. The bed had a huge deep dent in it & the blow drier was sticky. Nothing was clean about this place ”

“The bathroom needs to be clean thoroughly, because the makeup mirror is little bit sticky and dusty. And also the tissue paper box has someone’s hair in it. The room is a little bit cool during night , but the fan is on all the time. ”

“Bedding was dirty, and staff didn’t seem to care to assist. Breakfast was gross and didn’t have half of the items available. Way better hotels in the area! ”

“Parking was great, didn't even know there was a pool. We wouldn't have used it anyway.”

“Hotel was fine for a short stay. Make sure you tell the desk you want your room “refreshed” if you want the bed made, bathroom cleaned and fresh towels.”

“Nice place. Staff were friendly and the place was super clean. Pros: spacious rooms, clean, close to restaurants and shops. Cons: not sure why the room itself does not have any usb ports which is really unusual now a days. Washroom was tiny would be better if the door swung the other way to open. Pool was very small and salty. Other wise it was nice stay would come back.”

“The pros were location near the airport, price, cleanliness. The room was very small and very dark, and we are still laughing about the four small pillows instead of 2 full size pillows on the bed. ”
