“Super great spot if you’re hiking for the weekend (stokes state park Is 5 mins up the road). The bed was SO comfortable . Very clean .The decor was adorable , I felt like I was near the beach . Parking spot right outside your door ( I like to be able to see my car). The mini fridge and microwave were so cute and worked well . The bathroom did not have a curtain over the window , but that’s ok (it was facing the rear of the building) and the shower curtain was a little lived in . Overall, I...

“Nice spot to stay. Looks like the property is under new ownership is in the process of being nicely polished up. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels and amenities. I look forward to seeing the finished product. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

“Great location for the st paddy’s day parade. Sat on the porch.. bartender makes the best espresso martini I have ever had! The food in the restaurant is delicious and Adam (staff on property) was wonderful! I left my money and credit card in the room and he ensured it was safe and returned back to me. ”

“Nice place to stay overnight on the way through. We could walk to the diner next door that had great food for a good price. The only complaint was the water at the inn had a foul smell. They should get that checked . ”

“Absolutely terrible customer service. My party has the flu and think everybody would much rather not have somebody who is sick on the premises. I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here.”

“Milford is a nice town to hang out in with many places to shop, dine and visit historical sites and lovely architecture on every street and John Wallace House is the perfect place to stay. Close to center of town, lovely bedrooms, delicious breakfast included on antique china. Innkeepers lovingly restored this gem of a house. ”
