“We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. All levels were tastefully decorated, the house was clean, well lit, and included all modern amenities. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded in a timely manner. “Owners very responsive. I didn’t see message with check-out process (garbage etc) until after I left so I would suggest including with listing or providing upon check-in. Place was very clean! Easy on street parking. Only two towels though, for two females for two days. Not a huge deal but would have liked one or two more. ”

“Great location. Close to train, major highways, restaurants, grocery, etc. Very clean and updated. Easy check-in and out. Although you are in an apartment above hosts, its very private and quiet. Was worried about parking on the street, but was not a problem at all, had spot right in front of house. Very quiet neighborhood at the end of a side street. ”
