Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

Initially booked at a competitor and waited in the lobby with a toddler for over an hour because the room wasn’t ready (then why did you advertise an available room?). “With this being my third stay at the Cambria, it definitely did not disappoint. As usual, I felt at home; thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This hotel is spotless, the tiles are always gleaming, the carpet always clean. Guest services are a 10 out of 10! The front desk staff are all pleasant and always wear a smile.
