“The property is new and clean. Check in is very easy and fast. Plenty of parking. ”

“This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.”

“Sheets were clean, but the headboard was nasty. Floor was iffy. Half old carpet and half hardwood. AC didn't work well. Room was damp and smelled funny. Left us 3 towels for 4 people. Beds very old and worn out. Breakfast was a bag with a granola bar and a muffin bar. No decaf coffee. Pool area smelled bad. Water was nasty. Even after washing our hair, it still smelled. Located 20 minutes from West point was one of the very few positives. We paid almost $200/night so we were quite dissatisfied.”

“Scelto come tappa intermedia nella discesa tra Niagara e New York, anche per la vicinanza al gigantesco (e conveniente rispetto ai prezzi italiani…) outlet di Woodbory Common. Reception deprimente. Due palazzine a piano singoli e una palazzina a due piani. Tipico da serie telefilm 😅… Colazione pessima … Personale che si dà fare con quel che ha.”

“One of the worst experiences with hotel services. Our room was falling apart. The toilet was almost broken and uneven. The smell was really bad and “the breakfast” was a paper bag with an apple, “juice”, peanut butter jelly sandwich and a frozen egg sandwich croissant “. We felt like kids going to school.”

“We liked the architecture. Pool was probably nice but we stayed for one night. There was a lawn area for games but it was ti late to use by the time we got back. Main lobby was nice. We just had a rough time with not having an extended stay. First room we were given wasnt made up. Trash everywhere, an unmade bed, wet towels. Must have been miscommunication between house keeping and front desk but it wasnt easy getting up to the top floor. Went given directions for the elevator at first and had...

“The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The views from the property overlooking the Bear Mountain and Hudson River are amazing.”

“An old, classy hotel. Don’t know about the other rooms, but ours was small as such hotels often offer. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Both restaurants were great. Had a strange problem on our last morning where both hot and cold water in the bathroom were running scalding hot. The engineer had to come and “drain the system“ in order for us to take normal showers. Apparently something that can happen on very hot days for a certain group of rooms. Other than that, a very nice day.”

“We checked in on a very busy weekend. Rates were double normal because of the big event nearby. On Day 1 of our weekend thet had run out of coffee beans for coffee. A big loss for breakfast! The response was, More should be here Tuesday. We have Decaf. This continued the weekend and finally Monday they had beans as we checked out.
