This family-friendly retreat offers a dedicated game room, a gas fire pit, a BBQ grill, and large outdoor seating for 8—perfect for weekend getaways, groups, or extended stays. Just 60 minutes from NYC. Close proximity to coastal towns, dining, shopping, and attractions on the CT Gold Coast. Short drive to beaches, parks, and hiking trails.

The property sits on the Norwalk–Darien border and is minutes to New Canaan, offering easy access to coastal sights and upscale New England towns.

Darien offers village charm, seasonal farmer’s markets, and picturesque waterfront parks.
New Canaan is home to the famous Glass House, plus charming shops and cafés along its quaint streets.
The area features beautiful nature preserves and scenic hiking trails, perfect for weekend outdoor activities.
Commuter-friendly: only about an hour from Manhattan by train or car, with easy highway access.
