“This was no more than a three star hotel at best. At all levels. Will not book here again. ”

“Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. Kids running up and down halls, screaming, etc. I let it go until midnight and then I called the front desk. The night staff (woman) came right up and took care of it. ”
