“Clean room, very nice staff”

“I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was...

“First time here and it was a beautiful place”

“Room was clean.Noticed our room had a new bed,nightstands and dresser.Water and coffee machine.Refrigerator and microwave working well.”

“Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. Kids running up and down halls, screaming, etc. I let it go until midnight and then I called the front desk. The night staff (woman) came right up and took care of it. ”

“Shuttle running on Friday and Saturday is really helpful. Front Desk staff is kind and helpful. The one thing I will share is that the cleanliness wasn’t the best. There was a stink bug on the wall and you could see the marks on the mirror from a previous guests. Breakfast options are nice; pancakes, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee, eggs, bagels, muffins, and fruit. Good hotel for quick stays. ”
