“Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!”

“Cute, clean property good for a visit to New Haven for a single or couple. The area is a little noisy, but that's the price you pay for being in close walking distance to everything you'd want to be in close walking distance to! Would definitely stay again. ”

“Chic loft in downtown New Haven. It is a city apartment so there is a fair bit of normal city noise. If parking I'd recommend getting New Haven's app and using street parking. No elaborate cleaning procedure at check out was nice. Great communication. Thanks!”

“Everything was as advertised, and the space felt accommodating. Susana was very responsive to all questions. This is definitely a location that I would recommend, especially to those looking for a weekend getaway with the focus of sitting on the beach.The beach was easily accessible. The only thing I would suggest for anyone looking to swim is to check out the local tide schedule. The beach is fairly shallow so it’ll extend quite a ways during low tide.Also, while it wasn’t a deal breaker or...

“Yes, parking on the street was new to us but we didn’t have any problems finding spots. Because the restaurants are within walking distance we didn’t cook at all. Walked to the bodega for a few staple items, snacks, milk, etc.Unique neighborhood vibe and really enjoyed ourselves. ”
