“Very nice room/small apartment. Hotel new and very good condition. Easy access from interstate and with a huge parking. Negative point is the absolute missing of restaurant near the hotel.”

“We spent the Fourth of July weekend at this hotel and found it conveniently located. The hotel and rooms are very cleaned. You could tell it had been recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but it met our needs. The hotel did not have a pool or workout room. The breakfast that was included in the stay did not have any hot food but it had bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and muffins. It worked for us. I’d recommend this hotel as a nice place...

“Room was clean and any issues they addressed it right a way. Parking was great plenty of parking along with a clean indoor pool. The rooms are amazing I would stay here every time visiting New Haven.”

“The hotel was accessible and had fast food and cvs nearby. However, the room did have enough supplies in bathroom like conditioners or lotion. The microwave was not working. Also, the turn off part was cigarette smoke was coming when the AC was on, bit difficult to sleep with that, mostly may be someone was smoking behind the hotel. Had good parking spot. Overall okay when it’s just a day stay.”

“Worst time ever me and my husband were out of there in less than two hours.. pay for a queen suite got a different cheaper. Room was not compensated. None of the amenities were available. We were told we don’t allow walk around the house no washer and dryer no kitchen no outside of amenities. nothing they offered was true or given totally misled. “There were no amenities because they don’t serve breakfast or anything else on Mondays and Tuesdays. I took a picture of the face of the tub because it looked like it had black mold. We didn’t use the tub.”

“This place is in a great location. Before I was feeling more peaceful but no no more. The old lady at the front desk is not too nice, asking what my dog performance to charge me. Emotional or service dog to my eyes is the same. The hallway have some leak through the rug don't know what was that, not so clean neither. I'm allergic to dust mites and I had a reaction on my arms after moving the blankets.”

“Budget roadside NO FRILLS hotel. Decent beds. Hot shower. A/C worked well Located in no man’s land, not much around for food Hotel was comfortable and seemed pretty safe. If you’re looking for a Hilton, this isn’t it. It is however a good bang for the buck place to crash after a long drive.”

“The house is beautiful and cozy with lots of details inside. You can see what kind of person who owns the house. The lake view is stunning. It so nice to wake up in the morning seeing the lake view from your room window. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, makes it feel like you're home. Feels comfortable and cozy. The guidelines book in the dining room has all the instructions you needed. Special mention to Sherry the local care taker who came right away...

“1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. They recently remodels all the rooms but cheaped out on the bed. 2: There is a ton of noise from cars and pedestrians nearly around the clock, and the walls are paper thin. “If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great.”
