“As I told the desk clerk at checkout, Our toom had a funky oder, it smelled like feet. I bought a can of Lysol and sprayed the carpets and the a/c unit every time we left the room, to no avail. It still stunk. Also, I know I was there over the weekend, but the carpets in the 1st floor hall still had little circular beads all over it. The landing on the 1st floor of the fire exit stairs had a lot of crumbs all over it. I've stayed there several times and never had these problems before. The...

“Propert was clean, our room had a few minor issues, furniture needed maintenance. Breakfast is a grab n go. Coffee and nutrigrain bar. No milk so mindful if you drink tea, coffee mate was only available. Check-in is very restricted to 3pm. With rooms having kitchens, lots of cooking smells filter through the hotel. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Would stay again.”

“The rooms were nice and clean, the AC worked great. The beds are a little hard but comfortable enough, the breakfast was nice and hot but the pool was cold… the kids didn’t care though they had a blast. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Over all great stay for families.”

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...

“Everything was great with the exception that we had no hot water in the shower. I advised the front desk and they stated they would contact maintenance however we were checking out. Property was very clean. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was much better than others I've had at other hotels. Would definitely stay here again”
