“Stayed for a night but had a good experience”

“It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24.”

“The space was beautiful and is in an excellent location to downtown Mystic and Main Street where there are a ton of shops and eateries. The host was very helpful with early check in and responded quickly. There were starter coffee pods provided. The only things that we weren’t fans of were the bed was a little hard and there were two chairs instead of a small sofa to sit on - not really complaints - just a head’s up. Also - this does not affect everyone - but we are smoker’s. We understand not...

“Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. ”

“We had such a wonderful stay! William was absolutely great. We checked in pretty late, and he stayed up to give us the warmest welcome. He personally showed us everything and made us feel so comfortable right away, especially by explaining how clean and sanitary everything in the room was — which we really appreciated.The breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere was quiet and calming — exactly what we needed. “lovely cottage, very clean, great location, can walk to most attractions, great host”

“Great place, easy access, safe parking, super clean, all the basics. Very minor concerns - TVs remotes didnt quite work, check in app was quite cumbersume - but phone support was super friendly and helpful, bedrooms were nice - but in apt common space was less than what would be expected. The apartment building did have nice common spaces as well. No significant problems and felt very safe. I'd stay again. A 4.45 star review - I can be a little critical.”
