“The location was fantastic.Check-In, Parking and Check-Out easy.The images of the condo were misleading.- cockroaches were present- Floors were not swept- sofa bed sheets were still on bed and unwashed- makeup on the pillow cases from the pullout couch and the hair dryer bag- bedside furniture had broken drawers- one kitchen chair was extremely wobbly- kitchen table light did not workWe will not staying here again.”

“The apartment was very clean and modern. Nicely decorated. Washer and dryer are a plus. Neighbors were very quite. The only possible concern for certain renters is the apartment is on the second floor, without an elevator. You will need to be able to carry your luggage of a flight of stairs.”

“The host was super nice and thoughtful, when asked questions, she would answer right away. The house is historical, we got a chance to see the nice woodwork from the hardwood floor and kitchen cabinets. The rooms are spacious, and parking space is very large as well. The check in and check out instructions were very clear. The host really made our trip to New Haven easy and pleasant. ”

“The owner was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the condition of the room was far below my expectations. The space was not clean, and the bathroom was in terrible shape — the toilet area had visible dirt and bugs, the floor corners were filthy, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The room had a strong musty odor, like an old building that hadn’t been aired out for a long time. Unfortunately, the place was too...

“It may be titled "humble beginnings," but the host treats you like a VIP guest and goes the extra mile to make you feel special! The house is lovely and has everything you could ask for in a rental. I made a note in my original email that we were staying for my birthday weekend, and Elle left us the cutest basket with all sort of goodies to make my weekend special! Would highly recommend!”
