“Stayed here to attend a event at the hartford symphony which was a quick walk thru the park, the view from our room was amazing the view of the capitol Building was amazing , the staff very friendly and the room was great for a one day stay ”

“Mi dispiace, l’unica cosa positiva sono state le persone alla reception, carine e disponibili. Per il resto tutto da dimenticare!!! Odore nauseabondo, pulizia pessima, struttura vecchia a dir poco. Mai stata in un hotel così brutto. Evitatelo!!!”

“Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable room (King Deluxe) and same positive attributes as to the hotels’ public spaces. Good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant (reasonably priced). Very convenient for walking to Yale New Haven Hospital. Helpful staff. Parking available but also easy to get Uber/Lyft anywhere in New Haven.”

“Our experience was great, from check in to check out the staff was great! We checked in and found an issue with our room that was quickly resolved with little hesitation by the staff; we were moved to a different room and we realized we left our food in the original room at midnight and without hesitation the staff helped us. At check out three hours later, we were greeted by the same staff members with smiles and wished us a safe trip and rest of our travels. It was everything you expect from a...

“Posizione centrale”

“This is a boutique hotel with clean and designed room. I specially liked their bathroom design. Very elegant. I think the location is good for taking Amtrak at the Union station. The city was quiet on Sunday with rare people and not too many stores opened. The hotel stay made me feel safe and enjoyed. The front desk staff also borrowed me a type C cord for my iPhone and told me where was possible to buy the cord. Very helpful! I enjoyed the pleasant stay in a strange downtown of Hartford”
