It would have been nice to have a least one hook in the bathroom vs. 4 in the main room area. It took a while for the water in the sink to get all that warm. The breakfast was ok. “Beautiful property. We stay 20-30 or more nights in a hotel each year and this was the friendliest check in we’ve ever had. I wish I’d taken the young lady’s name because she was a gem. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. We only stayed one night but everything was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was sufficient- we’ve had far worse and a little better. Other staff was great as well. ”

“Pros : Check in was good, staff was nice and efficient, the room was clean. Breakfast was ok, the hot food was just OK, nothing special. noon check out Cons: They did not have a little tube of toothpaste in the bathroom. Every hotel I've stay at has toothpaste in the bathroom. Hot tub was not HOT in the morning. ”

“I love their breakfast, they have a good variety of different options. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after paying my deposit n paying for the room separately; I was stopped like I was trying to steal for grabbing breakfast. I had a breakfast voucher, but when I checked in no one mentioned I needed to show staff this. So of course having someone stop you n ask “ did you pay for that” really makes me feel really small. I paid in advance to avoid this.”

L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”
