“Nice hotel and rooms. Only one container of coffee in the morning for a very large hotel, which ran out within a few minutes and then took ten minutes to be refilled. No toilet paper or soap in men’s bathroom in pool area. Pool and gym otherwise look nice.”

“What a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I was staying there for a wedding and we arrived on a warm spring day. When we got into our room it was a bit stuffy and warm so I turned the AC on but it wasn’t working. So I rang the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look. The man who checked us in arrived and gave a new set of keys and upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge! It was a very kind thing to do. “We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”
