“The room reaked of a moldy damp smell for room 231. Also the fridge malfunctioned”

“Property is well kept. Smells amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and replenished as needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking garage is a plus and location was easily accessible and quiet. Would stay again”

“It wasn’t how it looked on the picture and the rooms wasn’t cleaned and they have bed bugs and there was stains on the sheets. The staff was rude and the internet kept going out”

“They charged me security deposit and it somehow disappeared from my transaction history and never showed up back. My bank cannot find the transaction. On my second stay they charged my card twice for security deposit. Based on reviews this has been an ongoing issue with this location. I’ve been to several locations and a hour after checkout I always get my deposit back, but for some reason this location holds onto your money.”

“It was a very easy check in. Note on counter to call someone’s cell# and they arrived within minutes. Vast check in. Room was just updated and clean. Small but all I needed to rest one night. Breakfast was simple with packaged pastries and muffins, juice and coffee. I chose a deli down the road instead. I thought the price per night should have been but I’d stay again in a pinch.”

“Atlantic Inn was fabulous. Room was clean. Free parking onsite and accessible. Staff was courteous and friendly. A hidden gem in Wethersfield. Will be back again with my husband.”

“Easy access from interstate and easy access to restaurants. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds”

“No daily service. Paper thin walls- can hear the neighbors pillow talk and family planning session at 2.30am. Guests having cell phone convos in the hall at 11pm. Other guest partying in the parking lot hanging by their commercial vehicles. The room window did not seal shut to mitigate the noise. Guest Trash was piled near the hall exits. There was NO exterior security access door- anyone could walk into the common areas at all hrs. Even for basic accomodations, major shortcomings.”

“There are a lot of added expenses such as you had to pay for breakfast it wasn’t included and parking 15.00 per night. There was no coffee made in the lobby as advertised there would be. Went to guests laundry area sign said laundry detergent/supplies were available at the front desk. When I asked he said they were out of all stock. Otherwise was room was clean and nice.”

“Lovely, small room with extra desk space, direct access to the room without going down dark hallways. Pleasant staff, everything you need for a weekend in the area.”

“They have horrible customer service and the place is nasty the bathtubs look like they have never been clean I would not even shower there I had to go buy some bleach first”

“BestWay was a good choice for me on a short overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the location is close to the main business district, easy to find. Thank you!”

“We got there and there was an issue with us checking in. We paid for the room in advance and had to pay the deposit when we got there. We got into the room and there was a dirty wet towel on the bathroom sink and the tub looked gross. At 8 am we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on the door as if it was the cops with a search warrant. Which that happened because of the check in issue. Go downstairs to find out breakfast was not being held but no one informed us at check in the night...
