“Beautiful historic hotel. We had a great comfortable room. The staff we met Sarah and Glen were professional, very helpful and sweet people. The breakfast was very good. No hot eggs, or pancakes etc but it was everything else. Great Great endless coffee. A newspaper to read and it was quiet and very comfortable. I will come back .The restaurant looked fabulous. next time I will try dinner there.”

“Probably the best location in Mystic. Charming hotel with a coastal Americana vibe. Very walkable to the main shopping areas and restaurants. Appreciated the on site parking and the cookies in the lobby. The stairwell and hallways of the main hotel had a strong “chemical/petroleum smell”. Not sure where it was coming from but that was off putting. Strong enough that the smell would seep into the room. Also, the front desk crew seemed a bit disengaged — minimal eye contact, seemed to be...
