“I stayed here, but there was no lantern or scissors provided, and the lantern in my friend’s unit was broken too. So I asked for a replacement, but I was told there wasn’t one available and to just deal with it. I asked them to help resolve the issue, but all they said was to talk to the manager in the morning. I think that is very poor customer service.”

“Lodging seekers beware and make sure you bring a UV light to check for left over body fluids as well as a flashlight for bedbugs. Do not, I say again, do not think that the main photo on Expedia is anything like was is actually in place nor do the room photos look anything like what I walked into. This place is worst than a dive, no proper check in procedures, note on the door says to call ABC person who then would contact XYZ (allowed me to check in an hour early). “It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable and clean bathroom was also very clean it had towels and i had a microwave and fridge. Overall i think everything was good”

“On the second night of our stay, when the hot water was turned on, the water was a light brown color. The morning we were leaving, the hot water was fine. The sink had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was the best part of our stay (food was hot, lots on variety, etc).”

“Super friendly check in, helpful front desk staff, convenient shuttle to Mohegan Sun (didn’t use, but still a great feature), clean, quiet, comfortable.”

“Staff was rude. You felt like you were inconveniencing them when you walked through the door. As soon as you walk to the main entrance, it smells like cigarettes. The lobby was dirty. We walked into our room. It smelt like a litter box. We checked out immediately and the front desk thought my reasons were ridiculous. “ that’s the one room that’s never had a cat in it.”👎👎”

“Plenty of parking. Close to airport for an early morning flight out.”

“We stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is in a convenient location with a great restaurant attached to it. Dunkin’ Donuts across the street.Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is clean. The king room with balcony was very clean although it might need some updating. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again and recommend without hesitation”

“Beautiful place with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Dimitri was gracious and knowledgeable about the house and town history. Loved it!!!”

“The first room had bugs and dead bugs all over the room. Bathroom had a spider on the ceiling and smelt musty. Second room was a bit cleaner but the shower curtain was dirty along with the shower floor. Blinds and curtain didn’t fully cover for privacy”
