We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. “Our room on the 6th floor was loud with neighbors & the seagulls were horrible. Room was not that clean, hair everywhere Yuck-1⭐️ We moved to another room next day, 5th floor. Room was very clean, comfortable & quiet. Staff was very helpful. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

After reporting it, I was moved to a second room, which was even worse — there was visible mold all over the ceiling and I found a bug on the bed. “My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. ”
