Hotel a Bozrah

“I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it.”

“Old rundown hotel. Bed was ok, bathroom needed update, peeling wallpaper, rusty door etc. Didn't bother with the so called breakfast. Microwaved egg omelets, no thank you. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. Sounded like people above us were a herd of elephants, loud banging, thumping , voices etc. I called front desk to complain. Noise started around 11:30pm, finally quiet by 1:30 am until 8am. ”

“I'll start with the good. The staff was mostly helpful and pleasant. The A/C worked fine. There was a bus that ran in the evenings to the casino, but only two nights a week. There were some unpleasant things. We are not ones to complain, so we let them go. The wallpaper was peeling off of all of the walls. The ceiling was water stained. The outlets didn't hold plugs in all the way, and they kept falling out. But the worst was the water. The shower had barely lukewarm water, no matter how long we...

“Perfect stay all around we would recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint, quiet stay. Clean and comfortable Also a perfect location. Outstanding host.”

“I stayed here, but there was no lantern or scissors provided, and the lantern in my friend’s unit was broken too. So I asked for a replacement, but I was told there wasn’t one available and to just deal with it. I asked them to help resolve the issue, but all they said was to talk to the manager in the morning. I think that is very poor customer service.”

“We arrived at the Budget Inn a little before midnight on a Friday night. We only stayed one night on our way to the Westerly beaches. The property and the room were clean and the staff was helpful with providing directions. It’s a secluded location with not much around or much to see, but it is clean and safe. There aren’t many amenities and very little soap, shampoo, etc. We wore shoes in the shower because although the bathroom was clean, it was clearly old and well used.”

“Loved staying at this property - close to Foxwoods but not as expensive. Plenty of parking. Very nice staff. Clean room. Pool was smallish but kids loved it anyway! Would stay again.”
