Hotel a Uncasville

“We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Conveniently located to casinos and outlets. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was standard but area was clean. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Connecticut!”

“The sheets in the first room had hair and both queen beds were sunken, and you can feel parts of the mattress springs. The front desk quickly gave us another room and that room was wonderful. When it was first opened it definitely offered great value, now it seems they have cut corners, and that's a shame. ”

“Good location to stay if visiting Mohegan Sun Casino. It was quite, easy to get to and has a shuttle to and from the casino.”

“I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is old and dingy. My room’s main door had visible gaps — I could see the elevators across the hall from inside the room. The bathtub was filthy, so I didn’t let myself or my son shower. There was also someone else’s hair still on the bathroom floor. Staff were polite at check-in, but at checkout they sat behind a wall and weren’t very present. I didn’t see bugs, but I felt on edge the whole time because the place was so gross overall. Won’t be back.”

“Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come base di appoggio nel tragitto da Provincetown a New York, per fermarsi alla sera a Mystic. La scelta non è stata delle più felici. la struttura è sicuramente datata o quantomento trascurata. Il bagno piuttosto vecchiotto, i letti sono molli, la moquette non ha un bell'aspetto. Il distributore delle bibite e acqua al piano non funzionava. Alla mattina avevamo la colazione compresa: qualità scarsa e poca scelta. Ananas a pezzetti quasi immangiabile. meno male che...

“They cancelled my reservation and while they offered to rebook at a Hyatt for us I had to mar at least three phone calls to finally receive my rebooking reservation! I am extremely upset because I chose the hotel specifically for its location and I booked back in October of 2025! Then they cancel the two days before I am to arrive’ seriously! The lame excuse was technical issues which allowed for overbooking! I booked in October! Why did I get moved and then the other hotel was another half...

“The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

“Not sure where to begin! It was just great. From the staff, to the accommodations & amenities, to the breakfast in the morning. It is a gem and I highly recommend it for a very unique stay!”
