“I was here for 9 days so I guess my needs were higher. There was really no counter space to make a coffee or use the microwave. Very little place to put my clothes as far as a dresser or closet. It would have been nice to have a least one hook in the bathroom vs. 4 in the main room area. It took a while for the water in the sink to get all that warm. The breakfast was ok. “The breakfast was very basic, Embassy Suites is much better. The indoor pool was very good, water temperature is nice and warm. Room is clean and comfortable.”

“Beautiful property. We stay 20-30 or more nights in a hotel each year and this was the friendliest check in we’ve ever had. I wish I’d taken the young lady’s name because she was a gem. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. We only stayed one night but everything was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was sufficient- we’ve had far worse and a little better. Other staff was great as well. ”

“Entire floor smelled like a strong odor from someone cooking. We arrived after 11 pm and odor was strong. Bed sheets were not clean. ”

“When we arrived the pool heater had been broke and was under repair. One of the reasons we chose to stay here for the kids to be able to swim. It would of been nice if we were contacted or notified ahead of time by management via email, text, anything that this was the situation. ”

L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”
