“When I arrived, I checked in and went to my room. There was NO HEAT on at all! The temperature outside was 12 degree Farenheit! So, that was the temperature inside my room! If they have a certain amount of rooms pre-booked, shouldn't they make sure the heat is turned on in those rooms. That way, the guests dont have to wait 3 hrs for the room to heat up! Also, it was difficult to regulate the heat while I slept. It got too hot and my nose was dry from the heat. So, I lowered it and it turned off...

“I arrived at the hotel at 6pm and checked in. The front desk employee was less than helpful. I inquired about the WiFi, as I had a work call and she was very vague about a guest wifi that sometimes worked. I booked a king suite with water view. She gave me wrong directions to my room. I figured it out finally; the room was lit by lamps only and only 1 worked. For the price I paid, the balcony was uneven with broken furniture, the non working lighting and the unfriendly and unhelpful staff made...
