I was told I have to let them know I have a service dog BEFORE arriving.(THAT IS FALSE! ) She told me I must have a certification card that shows my service dog is trained and registered. “First of all, I have stayed in the Hampton Inn before and really liked it. When I first arrived, I thought the hotel was closed because the entrance was blocked off and it looled abandoned. “Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette. A couple of improvements: -Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept. -Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable. ”
