“After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. "Posizione centrale e vista spettacolare dalla camera dove eravamo. Letto molto comodo ma la stanza non è per nulla di un hotel a 4 stelle a Times Square. Molto deludente in quanto la carta da parati cadeva a pezzi, la pulizia non era eccezionale vista la presenza di moquette e il bagno era pieno di muffa oltre ad essere stile anni 50 e la doccia non era per nulla accessibile per una persona alta 1,90 metri."
