"Location fantastica, pulizia e cortesia. Avendo accesso diretto da Times Square era sempre presente la sicurezza. Unico neo la gestione di un auto per arrivare all'aereoporto. Ho chiesto alla reception di poter chiamare un taxi mi hanno risposto di parlare direttamente con il personale preposto presente all'entrata , mi hanno proposto una auto privata ad un prezzo concordato che alla fine si è rilevato diverso e chiaramento più alto di quello pattuito, penso che una gestione diretta dell'hotel sarebbe più lineare rispetto a quella demandata al personale."
