“This was a perfect place for our group. Most bedrooms are actual bedrooms - not the beds shoved into closets and hallways you often find in rental properties that advertise this size. So privacy and quiet were all possible (though it's not exactly a quiet neighborhood, especially during the World Cup!). “Nice, welcoming, and clean place! About a 3 minute walk to beautiful views of Manhattan island across the Hudson river, and 20 minute bus ride to Times Square (views from there are beautiful as well). Host is also very friendly and communicative :) ”
