“Beautiful new hotel (opened 3 months ago). Loved the hotel design and facilities and it had great food and drink options in addition to tea and coffee in the lobby and afternoon happy hour. Rooms were well appointed but typical of NYC- they were very small. We had a drink at the beautiful rooftop bar but you had to exit the hotel and enter through service elevator to reach it- although there was a button to access from interior guest elevators. I'm assuming this is a temporary issue that...

“The overall hotel was really nice, the view was really good as well. The only problems were that the rooms were really small and it will take upwards of 15-20 minutes to get an elevator because they have 4 elevators, but none of them are designated for just up or down. The staff were super helpful and the rooftop bar hostess (I can’t remember her name but she was really pretty and had a short curly bob) was super accommodating to us whenever we went up there.
