“The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

“Our stay was great a property like this is hard to find with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The property was very close to Central Park and the Subway. With sleeping up to 8 people my only suggestion would be add some mirrors to the bedrooms so someone csn be getting ready while others are showering. Carmen was very easy to work with and quick to respond to Amy questions. Would highly recommend. ”
