“Tv didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work and when I went to call office which was in separate building across the parking lot of a no good Area, the phone was dead. Desk clerk next morning couldn’t have cared less and said none of phones at property work. Stay away.”

“Unfortunately, it's apparent that Webb's Resort needs some significant help. We selected this place due to its promixity to Chautauqua Institute -- but that was really the only thing going for it, beyond the staff. Things are deteriorating. The hallway from the main lobby to the rooms was filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The continental breakfast was pretty much non-existent -- only 1 lonely banana and a few apples. Cereal and milk, no yogurt, no pastries -- just packaged...

“Right off the lake and clean. Has a restaurant and is close to town. Was a great stay was sad to leave. Staff was friendly and very helpful”

“A ok overall as the room had only two lamps, not bright enough, only one hanger, no straightening of the room on Thursday (7/16/‘26) even though I left the room before 9:30 am & took off the “no disturb” sign, noisy until well around 2:30 am, etc — took photos & video of the room before I left.”

“Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and check in/out was simple. The grab and go breakfast had a good variety of options like breakfast sandwiches, waffles, muffins, yogurt and cereal. Only complaint is the property is older and could use some better soundproofing between rooms.”
