“The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse...

“rooms were competitively inexpensive to other hotels in the area(on trivago) very clean rooms and all items needed were in the room coffee, microwave etc One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE”

“Last-minute reservation, excellent service from staff. The room was beautiful, and clean, and the bed quite comfortable. We arrived after supper and left early, so did not eat at the hotel or nearby restaurant. ”

“The only downside is that the breakfast truck didn't come and the coffee was pretty bad. I think improving the coffee would go a long way. The bed was comfy and the pillows were better than some, but still - It would be nice to have one pillow that's softer and flatter. I only stayed one night so I really can't speak to the area.”

Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!!
