“The staff is excellent. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. I come here every year in April and I will always stay at The Best Western!”

“Clean comfortable rooms. Only thing lacking was breakfast. No juice, no meat.”

“Pet friendly hotel, although no specific amenities like a dog waste station outside. The location on the lake next to the Welcome Center can’t be beat. Plenty of parking. The rooms are a bit tired and need renovating. The leather banquette in my room had a tear in it. The outside of the windows were absolutely covered in cobwebs and dead flies. The toilet bowl was scratched. There was a microwave (nice!) but no refrigerator. Lovely staff and I didn’t hear a lot of noise through the walls. ”

“Nothing I didn’t like.front desk staff was fantastic, breakfast was amazing, the fire pit incredible and I always love when a hotel allows me to park a motorcycle in the front covered area. Look forward to my next Geneva stay. Thank you from Canada”
