“Horrible, the bedding was filthy, zero towels available, none in our room or for the pool. We had to order some from Wal mart. There was on staff member at check in who was doing everything he was amazing and I felt so bad for him! “Tru is a great low cost option for visiting the Camillus/Syracuse area. The location is convenient and the price is right. The rooms are somewhat spartan, more appropriate as a place to sleep than a place to stay. Our room overlooked the very nearby Costco and we had to listen to a generator hum all night. Not ideal, but not insurmountable. Will almost certainly stay there again, but I can't imagine ever looking forward to it.”

Bar none the coolest welcome center in any state in any city I have ever visited. You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!
